SPEAKER 1: What makes Silverchair special is the people, I would say. I would say not only the people at the organization-- I think the culture is a great match for our culture. They just are attentive to our needs, and they relate to me as a publisher and as a human being. And I think it's people and the people I meet through Silverchair I'd say, what's special about it.
SPEAKER 2: One of the most unique things about Silverchair is, it's one of the few companies where I really observe a concerted clear effort at maintaining a culture. And the culture that I observe here is just one of transparency, of openness, honestness, and true partnership-- that word gets thrown around so much. But I feel like it really happens here.
SPEAKER 3: Silverchair's commitment to transparency and accountability. So I think at every forum that I've been to, what you've presented is here are things we've heard from you. Here are the areas that we have heard from you are painful or have heard for you could be better. And let us tell you what we are doing to address that. And I think it's really rare to have a technology partner that will be that open with this whole community and put itself in that kind of space.
SPEAKER 3: And I really appreciate it.
SPEAKER 4: We've gained more from an education perspective, just working with Silverchair because obviously, with all the connections and the large community, there was so much we didn't understand. We now see a lot of that. It's helped us build an internal roadmap, which then gives us a better future from that perspective. So we're encouraged, and again, excited about where we're going to go with Silverchair and working with the community.
