TESSE AKEPKI: One of the major governance changes is about the demographic changes across the world.
CHRIS POND: We are from such a wide range of sectors, some from the trade bodies, some from the charities-- the not for profit. Some from straight commercial organizations. And you very rarely get that in any sort of conference.
CAROLINE BOVEY: I think there's certainly something about not going with the same old, same old.
CHRIS POND: Effective, challenging, valuable.
CAROLINE BOVEY: Positive, bite-sized, and exciting feeling that I'm taking away with me from today.
TESSE AKEPKI: An acronym I have is ACTS. So the ACTS is appreciation, and the C is compassion, the T is trust, and the S is support. And I think you need all-- you need ACTS in order to make governance work.
