DAN DYER: What I've learned at Silverchair is really tied into our values. I love assume positive intent. It drives pretty much everything I do every day now.

SARA BOWLER: I'm working directly with clients on pilots for AI-driven editorial tools that are changing how manuscripts are managed.
OMKAR SABNIS: What excites me is that AI isn't just a buzzword at Silverchair, we're actually using AI tools in our day-to-day workflow.
VINCENT WANT: I have now mastered how to work with the agents in different countries and different cultures.
