As we can see by the annotation, this is post-cardiopulmonary bypass. The previous aortic valve has been replaced by that of a tissue valve. The three leaflets at this tissue valve, along with the struts that hold the valve in place, appear normal.
And it appears to open and close in a normal fashion. The left main coronary artery can also be seen coming in and out of view as the heart contracts.
