DOCTOR: This is an elderly woman with a recurrent pyloric stenosis after prior treatment with endoscopic balloon dilation. She has symptoms of gastric outlet obstruction with distension and vomiting of food many hours after eating. Here, a catheter and guide wire are being passed across the stenotic pylorus into the duodenum under fluoroscopic guidance. The catheter will then be removed, leaving the guide wire in place and will pass a stent delivery catheter over the wire.
