 Transgastric short axis view, poor right ventricular  function.  In this transgastric view, the right and left  ventricles contract poorly.   The right ventricle is dilated.   Papillary muscles are noted in the right ventricle.   
The right ventricular wall is somewhat thickened,  and the right ventricle hugs the left ventricle  in the form of a crescent moon.
